Verify Compatibility of Your Device Make sure your smartphone or tablet is able to connect to HDMI.
Use an HDMI Adapter (If you need it): Most the phones need HDMI-to-Type-C or Lightning-to-HDMI adapter.
Turn Off the Devices: Prevent logistics problems.
Connect the HDMI Cable: Insert one end in the Smart Board’s HDMI port and the other in the mobile device.
Choose the Right Input Source: √ HKMLC Smart Board Settings > Input Source ← HDMI.
Cast Your Phone Onto Your TV: To project the screen of your phone, go to Settings > Display > Cast Screen in your phone.
Change display options: Resolution and scaling for a better view

Choose a USB Cable: Determine whether you need USB-C (Macbook), USB-A (generally your computer charging cable) or Lightning cable (Apple goods) cable based on the ports on your devices.
Turn on Both: Make sure both the Smart Board and your smartphone/tablet are turned on.
Connect the USB Cable Plug the USB in both devices.
Choose File Transfer Mode: Select File Transfer (or USB Tethering) mode on your smartphone.
Open up the File Manager on the HKMLC Smart Board.
Enable USB Touch Mode (if supported): Now go to Smart Board settings and enable USB Touch Mode to use it interactively.
Interaction Test: Attempt to navigate, make a presentation or sketch from your own device through the interface of the Smart Board.
No HDMI Signal? Make sure your cable isn’t loose, use the proper input source and restart both devices.
USB Not Recognized? Check the cable and turn Developer Mode on Android or trust remote connections on iOS.
Lag or Display Issues? This category PAD is INSTALL if the firmware updates for HKMLCSmart Board and the mobile device are provided by the software.
Touch Not Responding? This is done by navigating into the Smart Board Setup and turning on USB Touch Control Mode.
