How to choose the right size smartboard?

What's the difference between different models of HKMLC smart board?

They differ in size, system, configuration, and parameters. Other functions are basically the same. See the comparison between different models in detail.

What is the difference between an interactive whiteboard and a traditional electronic whiteboard?

The interactive whiteboard integrates various functions such as computer, projector, screen, electronic whiteboard, advertising machine, audio and so on. It does not require complicated installation and debugging, and the maintenance is also very simple. Traditional electronic whiteboards need to be used with projectors, computers, etc. The installation and debugging process is relatively complicated, and the cost of later maintenance is also relatively expensive.

How long will it takes for me to receive my order?

Shipping & delivery will take 1-7 working days. Depending on the item purchased and the delivery location, delivery time is may delay sometimes during shopping peak season.

What is the return policy? Is there a guarantee after sale?

Return within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unused, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. HKMLC offers a 12-month warranty on its hardware products, if not activated within 60 days, 15 months from the shipping date.

What should l do if l received a defective product?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

How to install HKMLC Smartboard?

Wall Mount Install:

Use a bracket on the wall and use a pen to circle the 4 points where you need to install the screws.

Use a tool to punch holes at the 4 points circled.

lnstall the bracket frame on the wall with screws.

Fix the two stands on the back of the Smart board.

Lift up the smartboard and get it stuck on the bracket frame.

Note: When stuck on the stand, jam the bottom first, then the top.
