The HKMLC board does not do everything as advertised on YouTube and on their website. Their customer support also could not figure out the issue that I had I had to do research on my own and find out that the operating system it supports does not allow you to have more than one Google account active at the same time. Also the user interface I see on YouTube seems a lot smoother and easy to create split screens with different apps. Customer support was difficult to work with given the language barrier and I was under the assumption I was getting a Windows OS smart board which is very unfortunate to only find that out after turning it on

While not everyone needs a Smart Board many more could benefit from owning one than realize it. Obviously, it is great for a wide variety of presentation functions, but it is also an exceptional personal brainstorming, mindmapping and planning tool.
